The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious and innovative individual to support our Addison, IL office in the role of SEM Manager with an emphasis in PPC campaign management and development. This position is perfect for those who have an inquisitive approach to learning, and enjoy technology. Ideal for those who enjoy researching, have an analytical mind, but can express themselves creatively. The candidate will be required to think beyond the immediate scope of the job, and understand the larger picture of the company. 

Daily shuttle transportation available to and from Lombard train station to our offices in Addison for those interested in taking the Metra.

Duties include:

  • Perform daily account management of our pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing and other search platforms while monitoring budgets. 
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Provide creative copy 
  • Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
  •  Assist with analytics of email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor conversions for Online Chat Program.
  • Work with Social Media team to monitor analytics and strategy
  • Assist with improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websites
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Research new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

Requirements:

  •     Minimum of 5 years experience in PPC
  •     Extensive experience with SEO, SEM and Social Media
  •     Experience in data analysis
  •     Understanding of Web Analytics
  •     A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
