Sales Support Specialist

Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills as well as an outgoing personality. Responsibilities include providing sales information and follow ups with existing and prospective customers, as well as work closely with Management needs within the sales department. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in working for a fast paced environment for a growing company. 

  • Assist Sales Managers and VP with various projects and duties
  • Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Attend sales meetings with staff

  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
  • This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
