The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Great Lakes / Midwest region. This role provides full leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key Midwest markets, with direct impact on revenue growth, team development, and regional execution.
This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While posted in the Midwest, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

Base Salary: $95,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
