Warehouse Supervisor – Brownsburg, IN
Compensation: $52,000–$70,000 + Benefits & Incentives
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of our Brownsburg, IN distribution operations. This is a leadership role where you’ll set the pace, drive efficiency, and ensure accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory flow.
- Be Present: Work alongside your team to maintain high standards and productivity.
- Ensure Accuracy: Monitor order checking, packing, and documentation to minimize errors.
- Manage Shipping & Receiving: Guarantee timely, accurate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain Inventory Integrity: Conduct cycle counts and spot checks regularly.
- Coach & Develop: Set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
- Drive Safety & Efficiency: Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment while identifying process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
- Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping platforms, and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred
