About the Role:
As our Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the full scope of our warehouse operations, from production and fulfillment to inventory and compliance. This is a key role for a reliable problem-solver who can ensure the smooth and accurate flow of goods, coordinate shipments, and keep our production processes running at peak performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage all production activities, including wash line, rebottling, and demonstration processes, to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Become the go-to expert for warehouse safety, providing new-hire training (including forklift operation) and conducting weekly "Toolbox Talks" to foster a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control through weekly cycle counts and meticulous tracking of work orders and assembly builds.
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, preparing necessary documentation like Bills of Lading (BOLs) and handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate timely repairs with our maintenance team to prevent downtime.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards by inspecting inbound materials and washed totes.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized workspace, preparing areas for subsequent shifts.
  • Collaborate with corporate headquarters to analyze performance and implement process improvements.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics is required.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, equipment handling, and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
  • Compliance: A strong understanding of OSHA, DOT, and PPE standards, with experience enforcing and documenting safety protocols.
  • Logistics Skills: Proven ability to schedule and manage shipments, coordinate maintenance, and communicate effectively with vendors.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to perform essential warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for inventory accuracy, documentation, and quality control.
  • Leadership: A collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills to train and mentor team members.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
