The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Charlotte, NC office as a Customer Relations Specialist. This position is perfect for those who thrive on managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer service. In addition to being an excellent support for our sales force and management staffs, we are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen. Duties:

  • Manage internal aspects of customer accounts and coordinate with customers, sales, and procurement
  • Interact with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues
  • Order processing
  • Follow-up and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree a plus
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Inbound call experience, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
  • This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
