The Cary Company, a premier provider of packaging and industrial supplies, is seeking ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our Account Management team as an Account Associate. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Compensation & Growth
- Pay Range: $42,000-$52,000 + Incentives, Benefits and Commission
- Eligible for annual commission program after 90 days
- Monthly incentives for top performers

- **This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.**
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Support account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products and solutions that create value.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM and business systems.
- Manage quotes, orders, follow-up activities, and customer communications in an organized and timely manner.
- Collaborate with customer service, logistics, purchasing, accounting, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ease of doing business.
- Meet individual and team goals related to customer engagement, account growth, responsiveness, and business development.
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus.
- Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills and time management.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.
