About the Role
Our Pittsburgh facility needs a strong, hands-on leader to help take our reconditioning operation and warehouse to the next level. We are looking for a Production Supervisor / Plant Lead who can set the tone on the floor, build a high‑accountability culture, coach and develop our team, and drive daily production results. This role is central to improving throughput and aligning the team around consistent standards.
You will oversee all day‑to‑day operations on the plant floor. This person must be comfortable leading people, building a positive culture, and driving change in an environment that needs clearer structure and stronger accountability.
Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily production activities on the shop floor, including rebottling and reconditioning operations
- Coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff; ensure roles, expectations, and standards are clearly understood
- Hold the team accountable to safety, quality, and throughput goals
- Implement and run daily production huddles, KPI boards, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with our Warehouse Coordinator to deliver weekly updates and execute improvement initiatives
- Identify performance gaps and address them directly with training, feedback, and follow-through
- Promote a positive, team-first culture that eliminates excuses and reinforces problem-solving
- Drive cross-training so employees are capable in multiple roles
- Maintain workplace organization, clean work habits, and safe operating standards
- Coordinate daily workflow, staffing levels, and production priorities
- Work side-by-side with the team on the floor when needed to model work ethic and expectations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production leadership, or related environment
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and build accountability in frontline teams
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a hands-on leadership approach
- Comfortable implementing structure, routines, and standard work
- Experience improving safety, quality, and production performance
- Ability to positively influence culture and address resistance to change
- Strong problem-solving mindset with “no excuses” attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the day and work in an active production environment
