The Cary Company is hiring a Production Worker to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to contribute to a positive, hard‑working team. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
- Palletizing product and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Following standard work and safety procedures—no shortcuts
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team‑focused attitude with good communication skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
